Hay Group Adds Wisdom and Experience to its Chicago Office: Rod Fralicx Rejoins as General Manager
Hay Group, a global consulting firm, announced today that Rod Fralicx, Ph.D., has rejoined Hay Group’s Midwest Region, based in Chicago, as General Manager.
PHILADELPHIA, PA (PRWEB) February 4, 2006 -- Hay Group, a global consulting firm, announced today that Rod Fralicx, Ph.D., has rejoined Hay Group’s Midwest Region, based in Chicago, as General Manager.
In this role, Rod will oversee all Chicago office consulting operations. He will also consult to help design and implement HR solutions that enhance clients’ individual and organizational effectiveness.
According to Dr. Gene Bauer, Managing Director of Hay Group’s U.S. Consulting Operations, “the addition of Rod Fralicx provides stronger leadership of our Midwest consulting practice and provides our clients with great broad-based management consulting capabilities."
Previously, Rod was with Hay Group's Chicago office from 1995 through 1999 in a senior consulting and management role. Rod received his Ph.D. from the Illinois Institute of Technology in organizational psychology. While consulting across all industries, Rod has extensive experience in healthcare, retail, financial services, and manufacturing.
