In the acquisition of Medical Broadcasting Company, by Digitas, Inc., New York investment bank AdMedia Partners (http://www.AdMediaPartners.com), represented Medical Broadcasting MBC) in the acquisition. MBC is one of the largest healthcare interactive marketing agencies in the country.
