Mailshell Adds Management Depth To Bolster Global Expansion; Names Michael Darnaud As Senior Vice President Of Sales
Mailshell named industry veteran Michael Darnaud as its senior vice president of worldwide sales. Darnaud will oversee Mailshell’s global expansion of “Powered by Mailshell” OEM solutions.
Santa Clara, CA (PRWEB) February 7, 2006 -- Mailshell, the OEM anti-spam and anti-phishing leader, today announced the addition of Michael Darnaud to its executive management team in the role of senior vice president of worldwide sales. Darnaud will oversee Mailshell’s global expansion of “Powered by Mailshell” OEM solutions.
Darnaud brings significant expertise in security software and OEM licensing to Mailshell. His prior experience includes executive sales roles at Kenai Systems, a provider of vulnerability assessment and policy compliance solutions for Web services and SOA, and executive responsibility for OEM partnerships at Brixlogic, a leading provider of next-generation financial messaging software solutions. Michael also led Whistle Communications’ expansion in Asia Pacific prior to the company’s successful acquisition by IBM, and spent seven years at British Telecom in the United States and France, working in various product management and strategic marketing capacities.

Darnaud holds an MBA in International Marketing and Finance from INSEAD, an Engineering degree in Telecommunications and a BA in Economics from the Sorbonne. Michael is a member of the board of directors of mHave and on the US and International Councils of INSEAD.
