A graduate of California Western School of Law, Ms. Vrem worked on employment and labor law issues at a small boutique law firm before joining Klinedinst PC. A skilled attorney, she is also active in the community, working with groups such as American Inns of Courts and Volunteers in Parole.

Ms. Vrem's practice is devoted almost entirely to defending California businesses in employment-related litigation. “Hilary brings to Klinedinst proven experience in the area of employment law,” noted John D. A graduate of California Western School of Law, Ms. Vrem previously worked at a small, boutique law firm in San Diego. She is active in the local legal community, participating in the American Inns of Court, Louis M. Welsh Chapter. She is also active in Volunteers in Parole, a program from the California Division of Juvenile Justice that matches troubled youths with adult role models. These mentors work with the young offenders to ensure they don't offend again, and that their personal needs are met.

She also interned at California Western's award-winning Bail Project, which provides students the opportunity to interview and represent felony arrestees in court.
