Kasuba joined Lyra in 2004 as a research analyst for the Hard Copy Supplies Advisory Service (SAS) and the Cartridge Demand Advisory Service (CDS). She is responsible for forecasting laser toner cartridge shipments and tracking third-party cartridge shipments and trends. She also conducts primary research and analysis on the office sector. She has worked in statistics, client services, and finance. Kasuba has a degree in statistics and operational research from the University of Westminster in London.
