The first product to enable uninhibited bi-directional access to corporate data applications from wireless handheld devices, was unveiled today during the DEMO 2006 conference, allowing mobile professionals with a wireless handheld device to be as productive while remote as they are with an Internet-connected laptop computer.

Eeminder, creator of the first product to enable uninhibited bi-directional access to corporate data applications from wireless handheld devices, today unveiled its product offerings during the DEMO 2006 conference. Eeminder’s artificial intelligence engine and email client interface remove barriers for mobile professionals with a wireless handheld device, allowing them to be as productive while remote as they are with an Internet-connected laptop computer.

“We’ve created a system that is simple to use, requires no extra software and helps to improve the productivity of busy executives and mobile teams by about 30 minutes every day while allowing the executive to leave the laptop at home,” said Thomas Utsch, founder and CEO of Eeminder. “And there’s never a need to install, maintain or log into a third-party application or Website.”

The system uses the standard email client on a handheld PDA as the primary mobile user interface, allowing users of BlackBerry devices, Treos, Good, and Pocket PCs to:

  •     Manage the status of tasks and projects
  •     Examine and modify their own and others’ deadlines
  •     Set reminder alarms
  •     Access and update contact information and history
  •     See real time traffic information (in Southern California only)

“Eeminder has introduced impressive new thinking to the challenge of being productive while outside the office environment,” said Chris Shipley, executive producer of the DEMO conferences. “It’s platform agnostic, too, which is smart. I look forward to using it on my PDA.”
