New York City Department of Health Selects @task to Manage IT Projects

NYC DOHMH’s Bureau of Informatics and Information Technology to use @task to plan, create and monitor IT project success.

AtTask, Inc., a leading provider of project management software, today announced that the Bureau of Informatics and Information Technology of the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) has selected AtTask’s enterprise project management software to manage IT projects for the 6,000 person organization. The DOHMH will use @task to plan all IT projects, create project timelines, monitor progress on the projects and produce reports for upper management.

Each member of the IT bureau’s 140-person staff has an account and role in @task. Administrators can implement @task to define its staff in terms of groups, roles and access levels for multiple projects and tasks. Users can then customize their @task portal to give them a comfortable interface and convenient access to their roles and responsibilities. Users can access @task securely from any Internet browser, or WAP-enabled device.
