Capacity Crowds At Grace Point In Newtown Cause Church to Add Third Sunday Morning Service
New Services to be added at 8:45 am, 10:10 am, and 11:30 am beginning February 19.
Newtown, PA (PRWEB) February 10, 2006 –- “Our second service is at full capacity,” says Pastor Dave Ridder at Grace Point in Newtown. “With 675 people attending our morning worship services, we’ve had to add a third service.” Due to overcrowding at Grace Point’s upbeat, high energy CrossWalk Christian worship service, plans are underway to add a second CrossWalk service to the Grace Point Sunday morning schedule. The launch date is February 19; the addition of a new service will require adjustments on the part of everyone, so the Grace Point staff asks for the community’s forbearance and collaboration as they make this change. The new service schedule at Grace Point will be as follows:
Exaltation will move to 8:45 a.m.
CrossWalk 1 will begin at 10:10 a.m.
CrossWalk 2 will begin at 11:30 a.m.
KidsPoint, Middle School, Senior High, and Adult Educational offerings will remain unchanged during the first two sessions on Sunday mornings. The new CrossWalk 2 service will start out with childcare for birth through age 3; additional programming for children may be developed according to need and the availability of volunteers. All ages of childcare and children’s services will be offered during the earlier Exaltation and CrossWalk 1 service times. For more information, call 215-968-2354.
