ST. Pete Beach, FL (PRWEB) February 9, 2006
What’s big, palatial and pink all over? The Don CeSar Beach Resort, a Loews Hotel—known as “Florida’s Pink Palace,” has teamed up with the Pink Panther to bring mischief and mayhem to the historic hotel with the PINK PANTHER AT THE DON CESAR family package offered Feb. 10-April 22, 2006 starting at $1,174. Inspired by the The Pink Panther movie released on Feb. 10 starring Beyonce Knowles, Steve Martin and Kevin Kline, kids and parents alike make like Inspector Clouseau and enjoy program extras like pink milkshakes, Pink Panther gift bags and a “Who Stole the Pink?” treasure hunt for kids.

Families are instantly surrounded by pink upon arrival to the towering palace, with its flamingo hued exterior entrancing guests of all ages. Whisked to check-in by charming Don staff, kids are handed Pink Panther Gift Bags and with a turn of the room doorknob, panther fanatics are enveloped in (da dah, da dah) the Pink Panther theme song, flowing from the speakers of the in-room CD player.
While basking in the Florida sunshine at the two Don CeSar pools or on the sugary Gulf Coast beaches, little ones slurp milkshakes colored the shade of the famous (or infamous) Panther and prepare for the “Who Stole the Pink?” Treasure Hunt. Offered through Camp CeSar, the award winning children’s program at the Don CeSar, pint sized sleuths embark on a wild chase throughout the resort to find the legendary “Pink Panther,” the most famous diamond in the world. Fun doesn’t end after the diamond is found, as kids are enrolled in a full day of activities at Camp CeSar. From relay-races on the beach and sandcastle building to lunch with other campers and craft sessions, tykes live it up Don-style.
The Don CeSar Beach Resort, a Loews Hotel, began welcoming families to the sugar-sand beaches and sunshine of St. Pete Beach in 1928. Once a playground for pampered celebrities such as Clarence Darrow and F. Scott Fitzgerald, the Don now entices families to reconnect in a setting of casual elegance and gracious service.
