Sleep Your Way to Self-Improvement

Discover How to Harness the Power of Dreams While You Sleep.

New York, NY (PRWEB) February 9, 2006 -- Gayle Delaney’s “Living Your Dreams,” the classic bestseller on becoming your own dream expert, established her as one of the world’s foremost authorities of dreams. In her new audiobook, she reveals how to employ the self-improvement potential of sleep.

In YOUR SLEEPING GENIUS: Harnessing the Hidden Power of Your Dreams (Gildan Media; February 2006; $19.98 US /$26.98 Canada; 5 CDs/approx. 5 hours), Dr. Delaney presents an array of empowering techniques to harness the untapped power of dreams to improve one’s waking life. Through real-life examples of people who have used these techniques to effect change in their personal and professional endeavors, Dr. Delaney demonstrates how anyone can make the most of the sleeping hours to improve their lives.

In this inspiring audiobook on CD, listeners will learn how to:

  • Target their brain for use during sleep
  • Chronicle and recall their dream-generated ideas
  • Understand their dreams in a practical way
  • Tune into a new way of thinking and do their most important thinking in their sleep
  • Maximize their capacity for problem-solving and creativity.

More than a book about dream interpretation, YOUR SLEEPING GENIUS is a breakthrough tutorial on using the power of the sleeping mind on the road to self-improvement.
