Save on energy costs of vending machines with VendingMiser® devices, energy conservation devices installed on vending machines through local energy company partnering with vending management company, Vending Solutions. Seattle, WA (PRWEB) February 9, 2006 -- Vending Solutions announced it is working with SBW Consulting Inc. (SBW), a local energy consulting firm based in Bellevue, WA and Puget Sound Energy (PSE), Washington State’s largest investor-owned energy utility, in an effort to lower overall electricity consumption in the region. Vending Solutions is assisting SBW and PSE with the VendingMiser® Installation Program, which is a free service that is provided by PSE in their electric service territory in King and Pierce Counties. PSE may offer the service in other areas later this year or next.

VendingMiser® is a technological breakthrough in intelligent and economical control of cold beverage vending machines, which significantly reduces energy consumption without compromising the vended product. It uses a passive infrared sensor to determine when the surrounding area is vacant, the device powers down the cold beverage vending machine to conserve energy when no one is in the area.
