CHICAGO, IL (PRWEB) February 10, 2006
ExForcesJobs.com, a job assistance website of the MilitaryJobHunts.com Employment Assistance Portal (MEAP), today announced the introduction of its career website for job seeking ex forces veterans of the UK, Canada and Australia.
"We've experienced tremendous success integrating military employment assistance websites into our portal," said MilitaryJobHunts.com Director Randall Scasny. "We are now delighted to extend our job search assistance to ex forces veterans of the UK, Canada and Australia with ExForcesJobs.com."
One of the most difficult challenges that ex-forces soldiers and veterans have is to find civilian employment that matches both their special skills and career development. Most ex-forces veterans do not know where to begin. Nor do they know what they need to begin to start an organized, results-driven, civilian job hunt that attains results in a short period of time.
ExForcesJobs.com was created to solve the problems that first-time, job seeking ex-forces veterans have in the mainstream job market.
First, it publishes sources of job listings of the major online websites in the following areas:
A. Ex Forces Jobs
E. Security Clearances
F. Executives Only
Secondly, ExForcesJobs.com ranks the hiring success rates of these online job-listing resources based upon the user feedback and customer relationship studies that the MilitaryJobHunts.com MEAP has conducted.
"We have built extended relationships with our users and customers," says Mr. Scasny. "We rate jobs websites based upon our customers success rates in obtaining employer responses, job interviews and, most importantly, job offers. With the addition of ExForcesJobs.com to our military employment assistance portal, we extend this 'stay involved with our customers' tradition and extend it to ex-Army, Marine and other ex-forces veterans to ensure a speedy path to their career transition."
Finally, ExForcesJobs.com provides insider job-hunting tips and career transition services that assist ex-forces veterans when they encounter problems on the job hunt.
