Correction of February 8, 2006 Press Release
Cincinnati, OH (PRWEB) February 9, 2006 -- A press release issued through PR Web on February 8, 2006, contained several inaccurate or incorrect statements. The press release, captioned “Internet TV Is Now A Reality With Free Online TV Download” contained the following incorrect or inaccurate information:
| | - Jim Lillig was incorrectly identified as the Senior National Sales Director at Yadio.com. Mr. Lillig is not the Senior National Sales Director at Yadio.com. Mr. Lillig is a strategy consultant at Synergy Internet Media.
- The release stated that Yadio recently consummated a merger with GTX Global Corporation. This was an inaccurate statement.
- The release also stated that Yadio is moving its headquarters from South Florida to Chicago, IL within the next 90 days. This was an incorrect statement.

The press release as issued was not authorized. A problem in quality control at Improved Results, which issued the press release, caused the incorrect or inaccurate information to be released. Improved Results provides internet marketing services to Yadio.com
