(PRWEB) February 11, 2006 -- View a light and lively display of new fashions at the 2006 Spring Expo. The Midwest Fashion Expo opens with an angelical array of fashions and models. On Saturday March 4th, prominent young fashion designers, models, and photographers will be present in Dearborn Michigan. Parts of the 2006 Midwest Fashion Expo, produced by JMB Promotions, MuseCube.com and other local establishments will be holding a runway presentation from 11:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Dearborn Civic Center. “It is in my plans to rock the house!” calls out one of this year’s headliners, Tonia from Ira Collections, a new and upcoming fashion designer in the Metro Detroit area. “You will not be disappointed!” she continues as she consults with her makeup artist and photographer about the Expo. “The Midwest has been a long time producer of many artists, designers, and models,” states James Bryant, founder of the Midwest Fashion Expo.
The show is produced to give people in the industry a chance to be seen, gain experience and exposure. Unlike those ‘on-line’ portfolios, this event gives you a chance to meet with others face-to-face; interview photographs, models, and scope-out new talent all in one place. Registered with the State of Michigan as a career fair, it is our mission to help people to realize their goals and help them investigate the highly competitive but lucrative career such as modeling.
Since its beginning in 1999, we have seen a wide array of models from the full-figured to the petite, all races: African American, Asian, to Caucasian and Hispanic. Many business people and photographers have traveled through our doors, all looking to gain a little insight into the exciting world of modeling and photography.
