The Corporate Circus, Inc. (http://www.thecorporatecircus.com) and Rob Appel Productions (http://www.appelpresents.com) have teamed-up to produce a musical theater workshop of a new “corporate musical” based on Adela JP’s book, The Corporate Circus, a uniquely original and innovatively creative 5 Star book-based property written as a fantasy style “tongue-in-cheek” corporate satire. Adela JP (pen name of Adela Josue Polin), author and creator of The Corporate Circus, is an MBA whose corporate experience led to the writing of The Corporate Circus as an entertainingly satiric look at corporate life and office drama in an animated setting.
The Corporate Circus musical will be part of this year’s San Diego Repertory 30th Pre-Gala Anniversary Celebration. This show is scheduled to premier at the Lyceum Theatre in San Diego, California on March 30 through April 2nd, 2006 for 6 performances. Attendance will be by invitation only. The Corporate Circus, Inc. is collaborating with a nationally known musical director Rayme Sciaroni as the composer of the musical. Rayme, originally from New York City, has directed, musically directed, and choreographed several off-off-Broadway shows as well as several large-scale children's productions.
The musical is being directed by Bradley Flanagan, a veteran of over twenty-five years in the business of show. Brad has worked in almost every facet of the industry. As a Director, choreographer and producer, his favorite jobs include Disney’s animated classic “Aladdin”, That’s Entertainment III”, Cinecitta (Italian Min-series). Brad has also produced and directed corporate events for the likes of IBM, Intel, Redken Fifth Avenue, Warner Bros., MGM, FOX, etc. and most recently for Las Vegas. He has also produced over 100 albums for Rhino Records including such classics as The Wizard of Oz, Singin’ in the Rain, An American in Paris, Dr. Zhivago, North by Northwest, Kiss Me Kate, Gone With the Wind, Meet Me in St. Louis, Where The Boys Are, just to name a few.
Rob Appel is bringing together the best of San Diego professional talents, a star-studded cast of singers, actors and performers from San Diego Bravo to showcase “The Corporate Circus musical” as a show concert presentation of new work.

Rob Appel is a member of the Advisory Board of the California Ballet, and Photo Charity and past Chairman of ITNAVA Corporation. Rayme, being a true composer at heart, currently has two songs in the Off-Broadway smash hit, "Naked Boys Singing!" now in it's seventh year and playing in several countries around the world. He continues to write music and lyrics for various singers in New York, Los Angeles and San Diego. Since landing in San Diego he has directed, musically directed and composed a wealth of songs and shows for popular theaters and clubs through out the county.

Brad currently is working with one of the largest ad agencies in the country, R&R Partners and R&R Live. Brad’s own personal experience both on stage and behind the scenes has given him the experience and savvy to helm some of the most important filmed and live events imaginable with an ease and professionalism rivaled by few. In theatre Brad has directed and choreographed countless productions including Grease (Hollywood Dramalogue Award), Cabaret (Hollywood Dramalogue Award), Kiss Me Kate, The King and I, The Mitzi Gaynor Show, Helen Reddy in concert as well a retrospective of MGM music at Carnegie Hall.
As a performer Brad has appeared in stages all over the world with fond memories of National tours including Annie Get Your Gun w/Donna McKechnie, The Mitzi Gaynor Show, Hello Dolly w/Betty White, Butterflies Are Free (Dramalogue Award), etc.
In addition to the many soundtracks Brad has produced, he has also produced several compilation CD’s, wotj artists including Mario Lanza, Connie Francis, Judy Garland, Fred Astaire, Mickey & Judy, George & Ira Gershwin, Busby Berkeley, the That’s Entertainment Ultimate Anthology. Brad also was the former Director of Soundtrack Production at MGM/UA.
