SAN DIEGO, (CA) – Tax Smart America®, a subsidiary of parent company Smart America Group Enterprises, announced today the release of a new line of products under the brand name “59-Minute Solutions™”.
(PRWEB) February 15, 2006 -- Tax Smart America, which is a registered trademark of SAGE who acquired the company, 59-Minute Solutions, Inc. in late 2005 as a part of a larger program development initiative. The company now has six products positioned for national distribution and release in the next few months.
Among the first release titles developed under the brand of 59-Minute Solutions are; 59-Minute Solutions to Running a Home Based Business; 59-Minute Solutions to Operating your S-Corporation; and 59-Minute Solutions to Solving your IRS Problems. Each of these products is available in video style e-Book form and are accompanied by corresponding workbooks for education and training.
Each of these titles also has a corresponding professional version for Continued Education (CE) for tax professionals, making the product both versatile and highly valuable. The CE products will be offered to tax professionals, CPA’s and Enrolled Agents as a robust part of the company’s plans to expand its Tax Smart America® and 59-Minute Solutions™ brand through license agreements as an alternative to traditional franchising models like that of H&R Block, (HRB) Jackson-Hewitt, (JTX) and Liberty Tax.
The release of these new products have unique features and support systems that are the result of years of development. In addition, Tax Smart America has exclusive rights to the patent applications filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office for tax related training and business methods.
