Mobile and Wireless Group, the Manchester based parent company of eXpansys recently listed as the 7th fastest growing private business in the UK today announced that its highly successful French subsidiary has purchased the business and assets of Nomatica the French digital camera specialist and e-commerce pioneer based in Toulouse, France, the assets include its UK website Internet Direct.
Frederic Pont, Managing Director of eXpansys Continental Europe, said “When Nomatica was placed into receivership in December 2005 we were delighted that we had the opportunity to add such a well respected brand and new range of high-tech products to the MWG portfolio”.
