(PRWEB) February 16, 2006 -- Craig Tobin, Executive Vice President of Sales, Tobin leads all sales activities for NewRoads with a primary focus on new client development, alliances and "captive outsourcing" partnerships.

Tobin is a GE alumnus, and came to NewRoads directly from IBM Global Services (formerly Equitant), a global outsourcing company specializing in "order to cash" processes. He served as Senior Vice President of Sales leading all of the company's sales, alliances and account management. He led new contracts with Cisco, Visteon, Dun & Bradstreet, ABB & Hospira, resulting in the transformation of their Order to Cash operations resulting in significant working capital and profit leakage improvements for these market leaders. Tobin also held key executive positions as a Regional CEO for Oxford Health Plans and VP of Business Development for TeleTech.

Along with his impressive sales and business development background, Tobin has successfully built and led back office operations on a global scale. At GE, he built a strong track record in Operations leadership after completing its two year Executive Manufacturing Management Program. Tobin has spent the past eight years leading large scale outsourcing contracts for Global 1000 companies resulting in long term agreements with GE Capital, Citibank, Allstate, Dun & Bradstreet and Visteon with contract values in excess of $500 million.

Tobin holds a BA in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University.
