Challenges Women Face Daily

The four most significant areas of concern for Russian and American women are family, health, work and education.

(PRWEB) February 19, 2006 -- The results of a poll recently conducted by Gallup for women.com demonstrated that women in the United States today are predominately concerned about money matters, their families, their health and the problems of time management and stress.

Accordingly, AnastasiaWeb.com has selected the four most significant areas of concern from these results and has conducted a similar survey among 1,500 Russian ladies. Subsequently, the results of AnastasiaWeb.com were then compared with the Gallup poll results.

According to the Gallup poll for women.com:
22% of women are mostly concerned about their families
15% of women find their health to be the major issue
8% of women are predominately concerned with their jobs and careers
7% of women believe that their education and schooling take precedence

AnastasiaWeb.com survey was conducted among 1 500 Russian ladies, who were asked: “What major problems and challenges concern you everyday?”

Here are the results:
38% are predominately involve in their families and raising children
29% consider education to be the most significant issue, as it is the cornerstone success
19% are concerned about their jobs
14% worry about their health
