Atophill Accepting New Book Manuscripts

Atophill Publishing announced today that it is now accepting new book proposals from published or unpublished authors.

Simi Valley, CA (PRWEB) February 21, 2006 -- Atophill Publishing announced today that it is now accepting new book proposals from published or unpublished authors and writers for the 2006/2007 winter-spring release dates. Proposals of the English-language manuscripts are accepted from all countries. If the book has already been published anywhere, North American rights must be available. Unpublished books are also welcome. The author should visit the website atophill.com website and send the material as instructed.

“Please make sure that your manuscript is ready for a book,” Atophill publisher Erkki Kanto reminds. “Often the author sends us a very good summary of a book, we express our interest, and when the manuscript arrives, we realize that the summary was all that there was worth publishing in the manuscript. Send us something that you yourself would love to read from cover to cover!”

He continues that sending the full manuscript without the publisher’s request is a waist of money and paper, as all unsolicited material is trashed without reading. However, at this point they are interested in all genres.

“The proposal with the summary may be sent by email. If we like what we read, within a few weeks, we ask for the hard copy of the manuscript. Until then, as they say in Hollywood: Don’t call us, we’ll call you!”
