Dr. Steven Hotze, best selling author of "Hormones, Health, and Happiness" has asked his patients to tell their stories.

In a groundbreaking effort to promote regaining and maintaining good health, Dr. Steven Hotze, founder of the Hotze Health and Wellness Center, is sponsoring the “How I Got My Life Back” contest for his patients.

The “guests” (as they are referred to) are asked to tell “How I Got My Life Back” after being treated at the Center in Houston. Over 100 guests have entered to win prizes ranging from an all expense paid trip for two to New York or to the Broadmoor Hotel and Spa in Colorado or to Napa Valley with spending money included.

Winners are chosen from votes applied onto the web site at http://www.howigotmylifeback.com and they will be announced on March 18, 2006.

“So many of our guests’ lives have been dramatically changed,” Dr. Hotze said, “We want people to know that there is hope for a healthier way of life, and we wanted to sponsor this contest to give hope to the thousands of people who don’t know that their problems may come from a hormonal imbalance.”

“Listening, understanding and treating your hormonal problems and imbalances can be very tricky and frustrating, but on the other hand, very rewarding when you obtain hormonal harmony,” continues Dr. Hotze.

Dr. Hotze has been on a 30 city tour for his best selling book, “Hormones, Health and Happiness.” He is teaching millions of people how to be the master of their health. He is helping women and men take charge of getting their life back.

Dr. Hotze and his staff at the Center in Houston treat each individual as a unique case. They ascribe to an enhanced concept of treatment that addresses your emotional well being as well as your physical symptoms.

“Take charge of your health. Ask more questions about natural hormones and demand that your physician offer more than hysterectomies and anti-depressants," Hotze says, "this is only logical! We want you to stay educated, healthy and happy on natural hormones.”

Dr. Hotze is leading the way to living healthy and naturally as you age. For more information, go to http://www.hotzehwc.com or pick up a copy of "Hormones, Health and Happiness."
