EBI Consulting Completes Portfolio for RBS Greenwich Capital
Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Surveys on the 46-Property Portfolio Were Completed Within 15 Days

A PCS provides reliable and detailed information on each building's operating systems, overall design, and architectural features, including any signs of material physical deterioration or functional obsolescence that could detract from the building's potential to generate income for RBS Greenwich Capital.
An ESA helps all stakeholders understand the potential environmental risks associated with each property and allows decision makers to be confident in the property transaction decision-making process. Environmental risks can have significant impact on the viability and credit quality of real estate property transactions in a portfolio such as this.
