Knowledge Infusion, the authority on human capital management (HCM) technologies, today announces that Tracy Martin, principal consultant, will deliver a pre-conference workshop on “Using Technology for Workforce Performance Management” at The Conference Board 2006 Strategic E-HR event taking place next week in San Diego, Calif. Leveraging her deep expertise in talent management technologies, Martin will provide attendees with an overview of how technology can increase employee performance and its impact on the bottom line.

WHAT: Martin will present the pre-conference workshop in conjunction with other industry leaders Rob Bernshteyn, senior director of Product Marketing at SuccessFactors and Jennifer Gray, project manager, Worldwide HRIS at Business Objects. The half-day session will focus on how technology has enabled workforce performance management and its ability to foster business growth and add value throughout the organization. In addition to insights from speakers Bernshteyn and Gray, Martin will offer her perspective based on her industry knowledge on how existing and emerging technologies will enable organizations to better manage their workforce and overcome existing challenges. WHO: Tracy Martin, Principal Consultant for Knowledge Infusion, has more than 20 years of leadership experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and the human resources management systems (HRMS) industry. Martin works closely with organizations to help develop and refine strategy, create action plans, and drive business value via successful implementation of technologies that enable HCM. She focuses on assisting clients in developing their short, mid, and long-term HCM strategies by employing the Knowledge Infusion HCM StrategyMap methodology. Martin also engages with organizations to help them develop plans that enable them to move beyond traditional HRMS to an integrated Talent Management environment, with key components including performance and learning management, succession and career planning, competency management, compensation, and talent acquisition.

Prior to joining Knowledge Infusion in January 2006, Martin was the senior director of Strategic Solutions and Marketing for Saba Software. She furthered her thought leadership position as the HCM industry analyst with META Group, later acquired by Gartner, Inc. She also held roles as senior director of Product Marketing at Callidus Software, Inc. and director of Global HCM Strategy for PeopleSoft’s flagship HCM product division.
