Two Auction Houses Join Forces

Perkins and Ranft have over 50 years combined experience in the Auction business.

Beloit, WI (PRWEB) February 25, 2006 -- Beloit Auction and Bill Perkins Auction are merging into one super Auction team.

Bill Perkins has joined Beloit as Vice President of Auction Operations. His Avalon, WI Auction Center will remain open to accommodate the expanding Auction business. It will showcase items waiting to be Auctioned, and provide an extra site for specialty Auctions.

Both businesses have grown so rapidly, that the merger will help us continue offering the best quality service we can provide for Wisconsin and Illinois
“Both businesses have grown so rapidly, that the merger will help us continue offering the best quality service we can provide for Wisconsin and Illinois,” said Rich Ranft, President of Beloit Auction Service, Inc. and Beloit Auction & Realty, Inc. Auctioneer Ranft is also a REALTOR® and a Real Estate licensee in both states.

For the past three years, Perkins has worked as both Auctioneer and Real Estate associate for Beloit Auction in addition to running his own company. The successful Auction of the Clinton Middle School is a recent example of their teamwork.

“I’ve known Rich and Pat Ranft for a long time,” Perkins said. “My fiancé Audra and I are used to giving our all to the Auction business. Coming on board with Beloit is like a marriage of two Auction families.”

Perkins and Ranft have over 50 years combined experience in the Auction business. Both hold their CAI and GPPA Auctioneer and appraiser designations.

Under the umbrella of Beloit Auction, they will continue holding personal property and Real Estate Auctions. “It will be business as usual. There won’t be any interruption of services that we already provide. We will just be able to accommodate more customers and clients, and conduct more Auctions and appraisals than ever before,” Ranft said.

Headquarters will be at the Beloit Auction gallery, 534 W. Grand Ave., Beloit, WI.
