Miami Dance Off Contest Begins Today - Grand Prize is a Trip to Vegas
The Miami Dance Off, starting today, is the first of a six week contest. This is the largest dance contest to ever hit South Beach. It is open to female dancers over the age of 21. The Grand Prize is a trip to Vegas for two valued at $5,500.00.
Miami Beach, FL (PRWEB) February 25, 2006 -- Beginning today, the largest dance contest to ever hit South Beach-The Miami Dance Off - begins. The contest is hosted by Club Deep, world famous for the 2000 Gallon Aquarium Dance Floor.
Open to female dancers over the age of 21, this contest promises to be one of the hottest to ever hit the beach. The contest itself is scheduled to run for 6 weeks. From Feb. 25 until April 1, with the final round consisting of all the weekly winners being held on April 8th. The competition, being held at Club Deep, located at 621 Washington Avenue in South Beach, has announced that they are expecting to have sell-out crowds for most of this event. The anticipation of the sponsors is very high, as they are looking to have a competition of the very best female dancers in the SE Florida area competing. The Grand Prize for this competition is a trip to Vegas. This trip has been valued at over $5,500.00 and it all will be given to the dancer that can stun the audience and show the judges that she has all the right moves.
The contest, named appropriately “East Goes West – The Miami Dance Off” is one that no one should miss.
Through out the competition, each dancer will be required to perform a minimum of 3, 20 minutes sets with a minimum of 3 outfit changes throughout the evening. The outfits will be “Club wear, Fantasy, and Swim wear. All of which will be selected by the dancers themselves and will not be known until the time of their performance.
The contest is being sponsored by some very heavy hitters, such as, Absolut, Firestar Film Works, Omni Limousine(Las Vegas, NV.), Papillon Helicopter Tours (Las Vegas, NV.), The Bellagio Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, NV.). Now as for the opposing teams, there will be Club Deep South Beach), and Club Ice (Las Vegas).
