SCCI Telecommunications is proud to announce the creation of SCMI, Spectrum Communications Management, Inc. SCMI is a technical administration company involved in marketing, managing, and developing wireless telecommunications properties. SCMI is a wholly owned subsidiary of SCCI Telecommunications.

SCMI’s initial charter is advertising and development of Mt Oso, a wireless mountain-top property overlooking California’s Central Valley. The site is well suited for commercial broadcasting, cellular and two-way radio application companies, microwave, TV, digital television, broadband wireless, and other wireless technology tenants. Another element of SCMI’s charter is the promotion and development of new wireless-use properties to cellular carriers such as Sprint-Nextel, Verizon, Cingular, Metro PCS, and T-Mobile.

We have been involved in commercial site development for over 15 years and have gained valuable experience from some of our previous clients that are in the site management business. For a fee, SCMI will present owner’s locations to the major wireless carrier’s acquisition managers. SCMI evaluates properties, helps with zoning and use permit modifications, sets up co-location agreements, and fully develops wireless site properties.
