Outsourcing Training Programmes Developed by Alsbridge for SBPOA (Shared Services and Business Process Outsourcing Association) University
Alsbridge, the independent advisors on Outsourcing, Shared Services and Offshoring, has developed two new training programmes for SBPOA University’s shared services and BPO curriculum in an impartial collaboration initiated by the University. These are part of a wider curriculum of programmes designed by SBPOA University to address the specific training needs of those managers and teams that are involved in the planning, implementation and management of either shared services or business process outsourcing strategies.

The first of the two programmes offers an introduction to shared services and BPO and looks at the critical factors in assessing if and when an organisation is ready to outsource. The second programme is an introduction to the commercial and contractual aspects of BPO projects and draws from the valuable years of experience Alsbridge possesses in outsourcing contract negotiation.
These are part of a wider curriculum of programmes designed by SBPOA University to address the specific training needs of those managers and teams that are involved in the planning, implementation and management of either shared services or business process outsourcing strategies.
