The best way to achieve one's personal and organization’s goals is through a well-constructed annual leadership action plan. This helps the individual and organization prioritize the most important goals to accomplish during the year. Goals like developing critical thinking, financial acumen, communication skills, networking prowess or creativity to an individual, team or organization to the next level. Whatever goals have been created, building a leadership action plan with milestones and resources is critical to success.
