The best way to achieve one's personal and organization’s goals is through a well-constructed annual leadership action plan. This helps the individual and organization prioritize the most important goals to accomplish during the year. Goals like developing critical thinking, financial acumen, communication skills, networking prowess or creativity to an individual, team or organization to the next level. Whatever goals have been created, building a leadership action plan with milestones and resources is critical to success.

The evening will offer:

*6:00 – 6:30 – Registration and full-room networking with Networlding ambassadors, resource consultants and resident experts helping participants connect

  • 6:30 – 7:30 – Presentations and interactive discussion with presenters
  • 7:30 – 8:10 – Roundtable discussions with table leaders to create a list of five top leadership priorities for 2006

*8:10 – 8:30 – Full-room sharing of insights and questions

*8:30 – 9:00 – Full-room networking to continue exchanging ideas and supporting participants in achieving their goals

Cost: $35.00 for members, $50.00 for non-members; includes a light buffet.
