Women today are understandably mighty frustrated about weight loss. Not only are the proposed meal plans complicated enough that you need a dieticians degree (and lab!) to prepare them but once they are finally prepared, the rest of the family won't eat them.
In addition to that, the suggested exercise plans don't take into account the fact that a two year old doesn't always want to go and play at the gym, nor do they show moms how to be up all night with sick children and still somehow manage to exercise while keeping up with everything else they're doing.
Somewhere there needs to be a weight loss system for frazzled moms.
Well, look no further. If that Christmas dinner is still stored in your thighs, or your valentine's chocolates have firmly embedded themselves in your belly, there is a solution.
Darlene Hull, the creator of the Mom-Defrazzler Tool has put together a program for the month of March that focuses on real weight loss solutions for real-life moms. Her Mom-Defrazzler Blog will have five lessons and tips every week for losing weight, eating better, and getting into shape.
Darlene Hull, herself still struggling with being overweight after her babies, has done a great deal of research on things that work for her busy lifestyle, and things that don't. She will be sharing her solutions that actually work for her "ain't gonna lose weight nohow"Â body, and her "where am I going to find time to prepare that meal?"Â schedule.
Each week will focus on a different aspect of weight loss and healthy living, and every day will offer different ways of making those ideas fit into anyone's lifestyle. This will especially work for those frazzled moms who have given up ever seeing their toes again.
To stimulate the conversation and interactivity of the blog, there is also a contest happening. Every relevant comment posted by readers is an entry ballot for the contest, and the prize will be announced on the site on March 1, 2006
