-Her earlier career in the hospitality industry (15 years) with the emphasis on hospitality and customer service. In hotel sales, she found that a hotel lived and breathed and was ultimately a complete success or failure due to one thing - Customer Service. This was ingrained in her; anticipating a client’s needs, addressing these needs in a timely, professional and above all friendly manner.
-Her previous work as a director of the greater Phoenix Convention and Visitors Bureau. This job was to literally sell her city to bring in major conventions and meetings. This has been a perfect segue in working with out-of-town investors and families that are relocating.
