Echo Farrell has lived in the Scottsdale area for 17 years, closely following real estate trends in the region. She works with both buyers and sellers to help them achieve their real estate dreams. Among the factors she attributes her success to are:

-Her earlier career in the hospitality industry (15 years) with the emphasis on hospitality and customer service. In hotel sales, she found that a hotel lived and breathed and was ultimately a complete success or failure due to one thing - Customer Service. This was ingrained in her; anticipating a client’s needs, addressing these needs in a timely, professional and above all friendly manner.

-Her previous work as a director of the greater Phoenix Convention and Visitors Bureau. This job was to literally sell her city to bring in major conventions and meetings. Part of her job was conducting site inspections of the metropolitan area which meant she had to have an encyclopedic knowledge of the region. This has been a perfect segue in working with out-of-town investors and families that are relocating.

-The number of home buyers and sellers that come in contact with her through her Web site. This has been the biggest impact to her business. She attributes her ability to convert these contacts into life-long clients to her training in the hospitality industry.
