In the spirit of the Razzies, offers “Tequila Mockingbird” and “Morgan’s Fair Child” drink recipes

For the many who are looking forward to hosting an Oscar party, offers its annual guide to hosting an award winning party – but for those who dread the idea of three hours of “who are you wearing” and four hours of thank you speeches, we offer two unique and fun drink recipes – “The Tequila Mockingbird” and “Morgan’s Fair Child”.

“Tequila Mockingbird”

Mix these ingredients with ice in a shaker or blender.

-1 1/2 oz. tequila

-3/4 oz. white crème de menthe

-Juice of 1/2 lime

Strain and serve in a chilled cocktail glass

“Morgan’s Fair Child”

Mix all ingredients (except whipped cream and cherry) in a blender until smooth.

-1/2 oz. amaretto (or almond flavored liqueur)

-1 oz. Bols Melon Liqueur

-1 tbsp. Whipped cream

-Maraschino cherry

-1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Pour into a chilled parfait or specialty glass. Top it with the whipped cream and a cherry to garnish.
