PDC Announces Boris Hsieh Joining its Management Team as President -- Bringing More Expertise in the Memory and PC Industry to PDC

Power Digital Card Co., Ltd (PDC) announces that Mr. Boris Hsieh has joined the company as President. Mr. Hsieh has more than 9 years of experience in the memory industry and 13 years more in the PC industry. Mr. Hsieh shall report directly to the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Jerry Chen.

Mr. Hsieh has held a broad range of management positions in the past years. For the past 9 years, Mr. Hsieh served at Kingston FE as General Manager. His experience includes managing the whole operations of productions and sales. Mr. Hsieh also served at AST Research with key roles as Material and MIS Director for over 10 years. Mr. Hsieh holds a B.A in Management from ChaioTung University and will be obtaining an EMBA from the same University soon.
