Auction Details:
The auction will be held on Saturday, April 1, on-site at Laguna Harbor located in Port Bolivar, Texas. Registration begins at 11:00 am. There will be a bidder’s seminar beginning at 12 noon. The auction begins promptly at 1:00 pm.
In order to bid, a cashiers’ check in the amount specified below for the type of property you wish to purchase must be made payable to yourself and is required for each property you plan to purchase.
For each home site located in the Cove section: $5,000.00
For each home site located in the Estate section: 15,000.00
For each pre-construction Harbor home: $25,000.00
