San Diego, CA (PRWEB) March 5, 2006
Nationally known Research Scientist and sought after speaker, Coralie J. Munro has recently been appointed to the Board of Advisors of Kiwaii Waters (US), Inc.
“We’re excited to have Ms. Munro collaborating with our management team on issues relating to health, hydration and the molecular structure of water”, says Chairman and CEO, Derek J. Fullerton, “Coralie’s experience, coupled with her knowledge of optimal hydration and the effects of revitalized natural spring water, will be a great asset to Kiwaii Waters (US), Inc.
Coralie June Munro is a native of Tuatapere, New Zealand. She is an accomplished scholar, instructor, inventor, research scientist, lecturer and philanthropist. She is a sought after speaker on scientific topics in the fields of endocrinology, hormone analysis, and sophisticated assay techniques for enzyme- and radio-immunoassay. She attended The University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand, graduating with Highest Honors and the equivalent of a Master of Science Degree majoring in Chemistry with an emphasis in the structure of small molecules, and the orbital and molecular theories of structure, movement and pathways of small molecules.
Ms. Munro is presently a highly respected member and employee of the University of California at Davis. She is a Research Scientist with the Department of Population Health and Reproduction and is the scientist in charge of the Clinical Endocrinology Laboratory. During her years of extensive research at the University of California – Davis, Ms. Munro has been published by The Journal of Endocrinology, The Journal of Reproduction and Fertility, American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Clinical Chemistry, Contraception, Fertility and Sterility, Biology of Reproduction, American Journal of Primatology and The American Society for Engineering in Agricultural, Food and Biological Systems to name but a few.
At present, Coralie is a nationally recognized Senior Researcher. She conducts investigational and original research, as well as develops sophisticated, non-isotopic assay techniques for the detection of polypeptides and small molecule steroid hormones in all species using state of the art processes. She holds a US Patent for Non-instrumented Enzyme Immunoassay: Method for Non-Immunogenic Compounds. The incredible success of this patent is based on the manipulation of small molecules. The same basic principles of smaller water clusters and the corresponding efficiency of proper human hydration are also related to her extensive research.
Coralie resides in Davis, California where she is actively involved in the Rotary Foundation, the arts, and many charitable causes such as the benevolent efforts of the California Highway Patrol and Law Enforcement Memorial Runs. She is an avid art collector and trader, publisher, entrepreneur and wine connoisseur.
“Ms. Munro adds an in depth knowledge of molecular research to the Board of Advisors. She has an incredible background in the molecular structure of water and associated research on the health and wellness benefits of efficient hydration from pure natural revitalized spring water,” states A. James (Jim) Cleffi, interim Director and Vice President of Strategic and Business Development.
