Expressionist artist Dimitri Kourouniotis (San Francisco) is displaying his unique contemporary Horse Spirit oil paintings in Horse Country - Scottsdale, Arizona.

"I have found the energy of horse is a very strong metaphor for grace, personal power, growth and relationships."

This series of modern horse paintings is acknowledged to be both powerful and intimate in its character. Very few artists paint horses in such a loose and free style. There is a great romantic and graceful feeling these paintings imbue into the room.

The art will be featured at the Celebration of Fine Art show in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dimitri has participated in the Celebration of Fine Art since 2004, and is currently represented by galleries in the California and the Southwest. Dimitri's work is vibrant and dynamic capturing the essence of wild and free horses in this exhibition of 100 artists at their studios.

The Celebration of Fine Art is open daily 10-6 through March 26, 2006. It is located on Scottsdale Rd. at the Loop 101 in Scottsdale. For additional information on this series and other works by the artist, contact Dimitri Kourouniotis or visit
