“There has never been a more challenging time to lead an organization,” said William Morin, Chairman and CEO of WJM Associates. “CEOs, presidents and other top executives are under increasing pressure to either perform at high levels, or find themselves suddenly being forced out. In fact, CEO turnover doubled in 2005. Unfortunately, most senior executives have very few people with whom they can discuss their concerns openly. That’s one of the main reasons we created the program.”

The Advisorship™ program provides a powerful solution to the isolation felt by CEOs and other senior executives. The Advisorship™ faculty includes individuals with high-level corporate and/or board experience who are available to serve as trusted, objective, pragmatic and supportive confidants to these leaders. The program differs from what is typically offered as “executive coaching” in that it pairs clients with peers who themselves have had the many years of senior management and direct P&L experience necessary to truly empathize with and advise top executives. As “agenda-free” outsiders, these advisors can deliver objective and candid feedback and recommendations on an executive’s leadership capabilities.

William Morin, Chairman and CEO of WJM Associates and former CEO of Drake Beam Morin, has worked with senior managers at more than 200 of the world’s largest corporations on various executive and human resource management issues.

David Fowler, Vice Chairman, had more than 37 years of experience with the Chubb Corporation. His roles at Chubb included executive vice president and chief administrative officer, enterprise head of human resources, Vice Chairman of Chubb Life and Chairman and CEO of the Chubb Institute.

Diane McGarry, Senior Advisor, has more than 30 years of experience with Xerox Corporation, as Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President. Responsible for worldwide marketing and communications, she provided professional guidance and support throughout Xerox in the areas of public relations, crisis management, marketing, advertising, and communications.

Edward McDougal, Senior Advisor, has 25 years of experience in corporate management and executive leadership in both line and staff positions with financial services firms including Bankers Trust Company, National Westminster Bank,, and Lehman Brothers.

Steven Braswell, Senior Advisor, spent 34 years with Prudential. He was involved in various assignments in order to address the organization’s most pressing challenges in the areas of management, governance, human resources and communications.

Licia Hahn, Senior Advisor, is an experienced management consultant, specializing in strategic marketing, communications and executive advisory for CEOs, senior executives, politicians and celebrities. She focuses on upgrading the performance of high profile individuals and their firms.
