NetSupport announces the latest evolution of its award winning PC remote control and desktop management solution, NetSupport Manager V9.5 (NSM). Designed for technology professionals to better manage, monitor and support their IT user base, NSM v9.5 reduces support response times, eliminates travel support costs and efficiently manages disparate systems through one centralized console. This latest version introduces a wealth of additional functionality including an extension to its existing market leading multi-platform support to now include MAC “Universal” certification and compatibility for the new Intel based systems together with Solaris OS support (beta).
