Ana Himelic Joins Klinedinst's Family Law Group
Ana Himelic has joined Klinedinst PC's family law attorneys. The law firm has been recognized for its work in business litigation, liability defense and corporate law. However, the firm has also been gradually expanding its family law division, dedicated to helping individuals in family court. Himelic and other Klinedinst attorneys handle divorce, custody battles, trust, probate and other family law issues.

Klinedinst's Family Law group focuses on serving the personal legal needs of clients appearing before family court. Klinedinst's family law attorneys are involved in prenuptial agreements, divorce, custody hearings and family mediation. Klinedinst lawyers also draft wills and trusts, and handle probate and estate settlement issues for both heirs and trustees.

While attending law school in Arizona, Ms. Himelic worked in the Child Advocacy Clinic, representing minors in dependency actions. She argued many motions duirng the clinic, and went on to represent one of her clients in a Dependency Bench Trial. She also performed pro bono work at Southern Arizona Legal Aid, through the Volunteer Lawyers Program in Tucson, Arizona. Himelic worked in the Child Support Division, helping single parents calculate child support and file the appropriate paperwork.
