“The Spring VON Conference & Expo is a tremendous venue for the best VoIP and IP companies in the world to exhibit IP communications, technology and solutions. This Expo provides new products and services that will directly impact organizations of all sizes and how these businesses will embrace new IP-based technologies that will stream-line and better their current communication practices.” Davide Petramala, VP, Sales and Marketing. “For Esnatech, the opportunity to showcase its’ new SIP Integration with the new Telephony Office-LinX (TOL) platform, to be released in Fall 2006, is focused on providing greater scalability, enhanced security and advanced mobility based on location-based routing. This new extension will enhance and add-value to Esnatech’s already extensive suite of Unified Communications products.”

The new SIP application will integrate with Mitel, 3Com, Avaya, NEC, Iwatsu Networks, Aastra, Teltronics, Toshiba, Panasonic, Ericsson, Cisco, & Nortel phone systems. Organizations can implement a software application over their existing telephony network simply by deploying the Telephony Office-LinX. Current users require only a software upgrade to move from older versions to the latest TOL platform.

Telephony Office-LinX is tightly integrated with Microsoft Windows, Exchange, Office, Terminal Services and Outlook. It can be administered directly from an organization’s Microsoft Management Console or through Terminal Services over the web. Users can be managed through Active Directory and Group Policy, providing a shared fax solution that can scale from a small office to a multinational enterprise.

Asterisk is a complete PBX in software. It runs on Linux, BSD and MacOSX and provides all of the features expected from a PBX, and more. Asterisk does voice over IP (VoIP) in many protocols, and can interoperate with almost all standards-based telephony equipment using relatively inexpensive hardware. Asterisk provides Voicemail services with Directory, Call Conferencing, Interactive Voice Response and Call Queuing. It has support for three-way calling, caller ID services, ADSI, SIP and H.323 (as both client and gateway).
