In addition to serving as the partner in-charge of the Tax and Consulting Teams and as a member of the executive committee, Smith concentrates his practice in tax planning, tax audits and tax compliance for corporations, partnerships, fiduciaries and individuals; estate and personal financial planning; reorganization services; mergers, acquisitions and dispositions.
Among his professional and civic activities, Smith is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and the capital campaign committee of the Bucks County Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
He received his B.S. degree in Accounting from St. Joseph's College and his M.S. degree in Taxation from Villanova University's Law School. He is a guest lecturer in the graduate tax program at Villanova Law School.
