Pressman Ciocca Smith announced today that Rowland M. Smith III, PCSEP, MST recently received the Playwicki District Award of Merit from the Boy Scouts of America.

Among his professional and civic activities, Smith is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and the capital campaign committee of the Bucks County Council of the Boy Scouts of America.

He received his B.S. degree in Accounting from St. Joseph's College and his M.S. degree in Taxation from Villanova University's Law School. He is a guest lecturer in the graduate tax program at Villanova Law School.
