Pannone Law Firm No.3 on Sunday Times Top 100 Companies List

UK law firm in Top-10 three years in a row, recruitment applications double, clients want to emulate success.

Manchester, England (PRWEB) March 10, 2006 -- In the week that UK law firm Pannone & Partners became Pannone LLP, they also triumphed again in the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For survey. This is the third year in succession Pannone has featured in the top ten, placing sixth in 2004 and fourth in 2005.

Once again Pannone Solicitors are the highest-ranking law firm in the survey and the only law firm to gain a top-ten place in the six-year history of the survey.

Pannone gained particular praise for its staff motivation, giving its staff a fair deal and the leadership skills of its managers. The Sunday Times survey is based on questionnaires completed and returned by staff and highlights areas such as leadership, teamwork, staff motivation and commitment to the firm.

Joy Kingsley, Managing Partner of Pannone LLP said, “Our partners, solicitors and staff are delighted to have been recognised in this way for the third time with our highest position yet. The survey confirmed that 90% of respondents would recommend Pannone to a friend and it’s in the area of recruitment that our success in the Top 100 comes into its own. Numbers of applicants for training contracts have doubled over the past two years, peaking at 1200 this year and almost every applicant has mentioned the Sunday Times survey.

Despite the fact that Pannone has doubled in size since 2000 and now employs over 630 staff, we remain a tight knit entity with a family atmosphere and a firm focus on customer service. It’s important for people at every level to understand the aims and objectives of the firm and to be given clear guidelines as to how to achieve them.

"Our clients have also been impressed by our achievements in this area and several clients have asked us to advise them on emulating our success as indeed have some law firms.”

The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For survey sets the benchmark for research into employee satisfaction in the UK. Over 86,500 employees from more than 500 companies contributed to this year’s survey.
