Cayman Islands Conference for Adventist Churches is Going Global Via Cyberspace Webcasting

Now anyone with Internet connection is able to join and view worship services!

Georgetown, Cayman Islands (PRWEB) March 9, 2006 -- Cayman Island conference of Seventh-day Adventist Churches, today announced LIVE and archived webcasting of its worship services as well as other programs. People all over the world can now watch Cayman Island SDA churches’ programs. The LIVE and recorded video broadcasts are anticipated to reach a wide spectrum of people worldwide.

“In response to Jesus’ command that we go into all the world and preach the Good News to all creation (Mark16: 15), and as part of our ‘Tell the World’ program, the Cayman conference is pleased to include people who are unable to take part in our services with this new technology,” said Dr. Jeff Thompson the Conference president.

The Cayman Island Conference has 13 churches and over 3000 members. Every week a different church will be featured. “Internet technology has removed many barriers to communication. We are happy that our webcasting will enable us to extend our reach and connect with people who are unable to attend in person,” said Pete Saunders, the Conference Webmaster.

PraiseCast is the company that provides the technology and support for the live and archived broadcasts via the Internet.

The stream videos can be viewed at any time at www.caymanconference.org and are updated regularly. The LIVE broadcasts’ schedule will be posted on the conference website.
