Mr. King will continue to report to Dean Debnam, who remains CEO and who will assume the position of Chairman of the Board for Workplace Options. Mr. King will also be a member of the Board.

Since Mr. King joined Workplace Options in 2002, he has overseen its strong financial and operational growth and has been the driving force behind the creation of WPO's many new innovative products and services. As President of Workplace Options, Mr. King will continue to oversee all activities relating to the day-to-day operations of Workplace Options and its sister companies. He will also be responsible for the integration of new business lines and market initiatives, resulting from internal development, partnerships with companies of excellence and through acquisition.
