Mi Services is a privately held company with staff in the USA and UK. For the fiscal year ending December 31, 2005 Mi Services reported revenues of around $25M. The combined entity will strengthen Business & Decision’s presence both in North America (with offices in Montreal and now Philadelphia) and in the UK (with offices in St Albans, Chester, Edinburgh, London, Oxford, Windsor and now Sunderland).

Rapid Expansion in North America
Following the launch of North American establishments in Montreal in September 2005, Business & Decision North America counts amongst its customers many corporations from the electronics, aerospace and aeronautical industry as well as large corporations from the Fortune 500. Business & Decision North America’s first milestone was achieved in October with the addition of 15 ERP consultants: by the end of 2005 this had doubled.
