Keith Lauby has been named vice president of marketing for ITM Group, Inc., a Florida-based consulting firm specializing in talent management and general human resource services. Lauby’s main focus will be to grow awareness for ITM’s principal brands – Internal Talent MarketingSM, Talent Development, and Talent Administration using a combination of advertising and electronic marketing. His goal will be to exceed the double-digit revenue growth the company has experienced since its inception in 2002.
Prior to joining ITM Group, Lauby worked for HR product supplier and direct marketing powerhouse G. Neil. His experience there and previous experience as director of marketing at National Sorbents, an industrial products manufacturer, will allow him to bring greater exposure to ITM Group. Lauby joined ITM early in March but has been working with the company’s ownership on a project basis since 2002.
