2006 All-Dunkadelic Teams College and Pro Will be Announced After the 2006 NBA Draft in June, Says Dunkadelic.com
The 2nd Annual 2006 All-Dunkadelic Team will be announced the day after the 2006 NBA Draft. The "Finalists 40" will be cut to the Top 15 and, selected to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Teams. The 1st Annual 2006 College All-Dunkadelic Team will also debut.
(PRWEB) March 15, 2006 -- Dunkadelic.com has selected the "Finalists 40" for the 2006 All-Dunkadelic Team. These are the 40 best rated dunkers for the 2005-06 season. The "Finalists 40" will be cut to the Top 15 and, selected to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Teams. NBA Inside Stuff Special Collector's Edition "Dunkadelic Issue" Dec/Jan 2005 and, the "Dunkadelics of the NBA" for the 2005 All-Star Game by USA Today were the inspirations for the All-Dunkadelic Team.
The 1st Annual 2005 All-Dunkadelic Team was led by Amare Stoudemire, LeBron James, Dwayne Wade, Vince Carter, and Kenyon Martin all were selected to the First Team. Amare was the 2005 All-Dunkadelic Team MVP.
2005 All-Dunkadelic Second Team:
Tracy McGrady, Kobe Bryant, Shaquille O'Neal, Kevin Garnett, and Jason Richardson.
2005 All-Dunkadelic Third Team:
Steve Francis, Manu Ginobili, Josh Smith, Andre Iguodala, and Shawn Marion.
The addition of the All-Dunkadelic Team creates the "Super 3" catagories for the games utimate Mega-Star players (All-NBA, All-Defense, and All-Dunkadelic). If a player is selected to all 3 for 4-5 years he then can be compared to Michael Jordan.
To be selected to the All-Dunkadelic Team a player will be evaluated on these 5 requirements:
1. Number of dunks during games (crowd reaction).
2. Number of dunks for the entire season and playoffs.
3. Number of dunks that make the highlight reels.
4. All-Star Game dunks.
5. Slam Dunk contest participation and placing.

The 1st Annual 2006 College All-Dunkadelic Team will make its debut along with the 2nd Annual 2006 All-Dunkadelic Team. Which hi-flyin college stars will make "Dunkadelic History". There will be only a 1st and 2nd Team selected for college. There will also be a college player selected as the All-Dunkadelic Team MVP.
