JPB Financial Services Inc has expanded in the commercial finance market. Commercial real estate financing has relaxed guidelines for equity requirements and property types.

Commercial lending is synonymous with large amounts of equity and stringent lending requirements. JPB Financial Services inc. will now be offering commercial real estate financing with as little as ten percent equity. Many will qualify for these relaxed requirements, in an industry where most business real estate purchases require equity in the forty to fifty percent range, the difference will be exponential to the small business owner. Although large commercial properties are generally the focus, small properties provide the base for the economic stability of an area. Small business provides a substantial amount of tax income and opportunities for employment in communities across the country.

By offering relaxed financing options to business owners, the intent is to stimulate business in Hartford County Connecticut. Hartford County also encompasses a large quantity of mixed use properties. A mixed use property is one that contains commercial and residential space within one unit; a store front with an apartment above for example. Generally mixed use properties are difficult to finance. By relaxing the requirements for this type of property the number of purchases will increase which will in turn stimulate new business in the area. These new requirements will take effect in the second quarter.

“Our goal is to help small business owners become large business owners. Each company we help will in turn help the community,” stated Jason Bertrand, President of JPB Financial Services, Inc. Mr. Bertrand has been in the financial Services industry for over a decade. You can see all of JPB Financial Services products at
