Leadpile.com has proven once again that when it comes to the Internet they hold their fingers on the pulse of the marketplace. Leadpile specializes in providing high quality leads and timely information to its clients and the folks at Leadpile know that accuracy is everything.
Early last fall, as evidenced by numerous websites posting their prediction all over the Web, they proved just how accurate they are -Leadpile.com predicted a whopping 30 billion dollars in sales for the 2005 Holiday spending season, two months before it actually happened!
The Goldman, Sachs & Co., Nielsen//NetRatings and Harris Interactive(R) fifth annual Holiday eSpending Report revealed that online holiday shopping totaled $30.1 billion, excluding travel, during the 2005 holiday season (October 29 -December 23). The season's online spending in the United States resulted in a 30 percent increase (+/- 3.1 percent margin of error) from the 2004 holiday season.
This historic landmark for online sales comes as no surprise to Andy Jacob, CEO of Leadpile.com. In a preseason interview Jacob said, "While many people are still concerned with the security of online purchasing, we believe that the uncertainty of online security is rapidly dissipating." Jacob says, "More and more people will buy online this year pushing the 4th quarter online sales "north of 30 billion for the first time in history." He was absolutely right. Sales topped 30 billion – up more than 8.7 billion from the fourth quarter of last year.

Leadpile has been in business since 2002 and has rapidly become the leader in the Internet Lead generation industry.
