Remote-Site Bidding Available For Auction of 19 Emerald Coast Properties April 1, 2006

Memphis, TN (PRWEB) March 19, 2006 -- For the first time in the company’s 30-year history, Roebuck Auctions will open the Auction Center at its Memphis headquarters in order to accept bids from Mid-South buyers during a live auction to be held in Destin, Fla.
“We’re expecting standing room only crowds at both locations,” said John Roebuck, president of Roebuck Auctions.
Roebuck Auctions will offer 19 properties at an auction beginning to be held at the Destin Embassy Suites Hotel at 11:07 a.m., on April 1, 2006. The auction will include a variety of properties ranging from lots to homes and condos in complexes such as Sun Destin, Silver Beach Towers, and Jade East.
One of the offerings, a home in the Village of White Cliffs in Santa Rosa Beach, will be sold absolute, regardless of price. There are also homes in Destin, Sandestin and Panama City Beach.
“This is going to be a fantastic auction,” Roebuck said. “It will be such a great opportunity for people to buy Emerald Coast real estate and set their own purchase prices. Whether people are looking for a primary residence, a vacation home, or rental property, this sale will have it all.”
