Involved in development consultancy and property sales on the island for 17 years, CB Richard Ellis opened a permanent office on Thepkrasattri Road early 2004 to meet the increasing demand for professional advice. We have now 40 full time permanent staff in Phuket, working very closely with our Bangkok and overseas offices to provide international expertise and local knowledge to our clients.
Our main activities are in sales, property management, project marketing and providing an acquisition service for property purchases and villa rentals. We also engage in valuation, research and commercial leasing activities.
